Lifetime Titanium member, no lounge, no breakfast, no upgrade…. Outside of nothing to recognize a Marriott supporter for 30 years the hotel employees and room were very good…will not return here….

I was never sent a confirmation number and had to go through the reservation process three times to make sure we had the room for the correct length of time. We had to get a new room, and staff did not give us any explanation or concession. This was very stressful on the day before our wedding, having to move all of our things for the weekend into another room.

As a result, bridesmaids and vendors had to waste valuable time trying to gain access to the rooms in which we were preparing for the ceremony. Staff were also not respectful toward my wedding party. This was incredibly stressful on my wedding day. Staff tried to convince her that she was not stuck.
