Woah, that's a lot to build this scooter new. That's where I come in. Selling my scooter used a couple a scratches on the deck and bar but hey, if you got this scooter new, in a month it would have the same scratches, Other than the scratches, Just the rubber on the wheels needs to be replaced, you could put some new grip tape on it, sand the bar and deck and make a custom paint job what ever you like to pimp it out and make yours.
