Covid killed business ran without a manager for over a year then they hired a person who knew nothing about the job and threw them in to sink or swim and try to right the ship as a trial by fire just an unrealistic corporate structure with hard to achieve goals unrealistic expectations.

When I started at Rexel it was a much different company than what it has become. People felt respected and appreciated. Over the years it has gone to only seeing dollar signs and they have lost a ton of really good people to competitors.
