The train is easy to access. Streets are well lit. Downtown is a short distance. I always feel safe in this neighborhood. I grew up here but moved 2 years ago. But can take neighborhood roads to my work in Preston Center. Crime is very low. We have an active neighborhood association and watch. Frequent events and social gatherings. Highly recommend.

We love everything about it - best location ever, friendly people, beautiful mature trees, lots of good restaurants close by. I always feel safe here as well. I feel safe allowing my kids to ride bikes, run and play unsupervised. Beautiful established neighborhood. Tree lined roads, shady, great for running and walking leisurely.
Overall pretty safe. Neighbors may not be best friends with one another, but everyone is friendly for the most part".
There seem to be a lot of extravagant parties in our neighborhood, especially around the holidays, but those are with friends and business associates, not so much anyone from the neighborhood ".
