Yes No. Report Share. Good company to work for ,pretty easy-going. I would recommend working there is a great little shop and some good perks to the job management entirely off all staff. The operatives are very nice people to work with and very Friendly. But when it comes to leaders its a different story. You are pushed to your limits which makes you very stressful because you think that you cannot get the job done and this is where mistakes happen and you get disciplined for it.

Thats really good factory , but the 1 problem here is people. Hierarchy of polish people, which think that they are kings and other people slaves.
