He provides perfect backing on pipe organ for vocalist Adelaide Hall in "That Old Feeling" and "I Can't Give You Anything but Love," showing of his chops on the giant instrument without overwhelming her, though he can't resist adding a few vocal asides.
Waller is also featured on pipe organ on a number of selections, some with vocals, but his improvised piano impressions which he titled "London Suite" mark the highlight of this collection. Although these selections were recorded at a very low level, they stand the test of time rather well, especially "Bond Street," the pianist's conception of a day in the life of a London prostitute.
