About Us In , Nancy Love started shopping for a bridal gown with her recently engaged friend and quickly realized that Jacksonville needed a bridal boutique with upscale designs in a laid-back environment.

I put the original one on again and the manager came out and told me it was perfect, my mom and sister cried again, I cried. I picked the dress that she had picked for me straight out the gate. It was the best experience. Another wonderful thing they do here is only schedule one appointment at a time so you don't feel claustrophobic or overwhelmed by other brides. It was great. They were also very helpful with suggestions for alterations and preservation.

The girls at Love are so helpful. Katie brought me a dress to try on that I had passed over when looking myself, which ended up being the dress I said yes to! They are all very knowledgeable of the designers they carry and can work with whateve I had gone to one dress shop prior to making my appointment at Love, and the selection and expertise was not even comparable to that at Love.

But to be honest, the dresses are not what sold me at Love Each bridal consultant there was absolutely incredible! They give knowledgeable advice without forcing their opinion and cater to women of all sizes.

And I cannot write a review without a special recognition to the store manager, Laney, who was more than accommodating with scheduling multiple appointments for me when female family members who lived out of town came to visit. I didn't get my dress from Love, but I wish I would have! I had a horrible experience at another, well known boutique in San Marco. Long story short, I found myself without a dress 2 weeks before my wedding! I was there while there were multiple appointments going on and they still treated me as if I had booked an appointment months out.

They were calling all around trying to find me my dream dress in such short notice. Great selection, greater staff. What an amazing experience. They were so helpful and nice in helping me find my dress. We were the only people in the store when I found my dress. They also were very helpful with working with the designers for my custom straps. I bought a Martina Liana dress from Love Bridal. The girls are very nice and patient. This was the first dress shop I visited and immediately fell in love with the dress and staff.

I appreciated my experience even more after visiting David's Br Love bridal kept me in the loop with the status of my dress at all time. My only qualm is they do not have in house alterations, but they were even nice enough to provide nearby seamstress.

The girls at Love were great. They really listened to what you wanted and made you feel special. I even left to go to another salon that I thought maybe had a dress that they didn't carry and before I even pulled out of their driveway I walked Put it back on!

My consultant was Haley, and s She was very polite and allowed a couple of my family members and I to pick out a handful of dresses we liked. What a FUN experience! The ladies in the boutique we I had such a great experience while picking out my wedding dress at Love Boutique!

They had so much variety to chose from and I was able to find my dream wedding dress! Melissa was so helpful and sweet when picking out my dress! Love Bridal was the first and last shop I went to. Melissa was my consultant and she provided me with option and advice that I wanted her to give to me. She responded in a timely manner to my emails and messages. She was very accommodating t Even Liza, the other consultant was very helpful despite she wasn't the one originally helping me.

I ended up buying my dress Essence of Australia from there after visiting just about every bridal store in Jacksonville. The girls were also very accommodating in such a fashion that they let me come back at times while my dress was being made to try on the sample dress to see what it would look like with jewelry. Put it this way, I ended up not only buying my wedding dress there, but also my veil and headpiece there. My bridal consultant Melissa was not helpful at all.

She didn't suggest one dress. Not when I was browsing the dresses and not after I found some that I liked. I would have expected that she would see what I liked and what looked good on me and There was a trunk show that day but I feel like I missed it because she didn't suggest any of the dresses that were only there that day. Her attitude was unpleasant and it seemed like all she was there to do was clip me into the dress. She barely spoke.

It seemed like it pained her to even comment on the dresses i was trying on. After going to a few more shops I realized what a poor level of service I received in comparison to most other bridal salons. If you go to this salon ask for someone other than Melissa. I found my dream dress here, actually I found it on pinterest. Then I realized that Love used the designer of the dress that I liked. I love my wedding I had such wonderful service at Love. What an amazing experience! Melissa and Liza did an incredible job helping me find the perfect dress.
